●Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting the luxury Chinese travel segment.
●Establish and nurture relationships with upscale travel agencies to introduce The Guest's premium travel packages.
●Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand the preferences and expectations of luxury travelers and tailor The Guest's offerings accordingly.
●Craft and present bespoke proposals and presentations to potential partners, highlighting the opulence and exclusivity of The Guest's travel experiences.
●Schedule and conduct face to face meetings with elite agencies to foster trust and secure enduring business relationships.
●Achieve sales objectives while upholding The Guest’s high standards of excellence and luxury brand values.
●Provide detailed reports on sales activities, market trends, and affluent client feedback to guide strategic decisions.
●Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and materials tailored for the high-end Chinese market.
●Represent The Guest at exclusive industry events and trade shows, enhancing brand prestige and gathering valuable market insights.
●Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction and uphold The Guest’s reputation as a luxury travel provider.

Requirements:

●Proven sales experience, particularly in the luxury travel sector, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
●Extensive knowledge of the Chinese luxury travel market and familiarity with Caucasus’s luxury travel offerings, including destinations like Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, the Maldives, and Dubai.
●Proficiency in Mandarin and English, with exceptional communication skills.
●Autonomous and proactive in a dynamic environment, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
●Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
