职责描述：
CRM Strategy & Planning
- Create CRM strategy for offline & community channel.
- Set-up a solid action plan with timeline, KPIs, and deliverables to achieve the target.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practises in CRM, recommending and implementing new technologies and strategies as needed.
CRM Operations
- Lead and manage the day-to-day offline & community CRM operations.
- Cross-functional teamwork with stakeholders for planning, review and KPI set, e.g., OL & Offline sales leaders, CRM, digital, etc.
- Work with IT and digital to upgrade the system capabilities based on business needs
- Work with CRM & CDP data team, and together come up the consumer segment approach plan Financial Management
- Track and adhere to budget for offline & community CRM projects.
- Monitor and analyse CRM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision making.
- Support business cases with clear rationale
Management
- Assumes responsibility for the (legally) correct usage of the adidas trademarks and logos.
- Sources, establishes strong relationships, and manages day-to-day activities with relevant agency partners and (media) vendors.
- Proactively directs the Brand communications team to create the most innovative and creative ideas.

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Minimum 5 years’ experience and 3 years at digital/EC/CRM domain with relevant experience
• Consumer centric and service-oriented mindset and focus
• Good communication skill, team spirits with open-minded approach
• Self-motivated and self-driven
• Multi-task and cross functional collaboration skills
• Fluent English in both oral and written.
