1. To take a research brief, understanding the client’s requirements;
2. To design & finalize quotations with support from team leader;
3. Writing a research proposal with support from team leader;
4. Design a questionnaire to meet research objectives;
5. To write coding frames and design analysis specs;
6. Field/EDP Briefing & Monitoring;
7. Supporting the Project Manager/Team Leader in the entire project;
8. Coordination (Field/EDP/Client);
9. Understanding, analysis & Interpretation of data;
10. To monitor cost in each job;
11. Presentation Writing (First Draft/ Final);
12. To write the Research Report with little direction;
13. Participation in the Presentation;
14. Service and new business generation from an existing client by appraising latest
Kantar research techniques;
15. Understanding of various research techniques and models (pricing models/ special
analysis models – cluster analysis, factor analysis etc);
16. Learn new range of research techniques for new business sectors;
17. Start writing DGs with minimal supervision.

Key Factors
1. Functional Specialization/Self-Execution Leadership/Accountability only for defined work and projects involving immediate action or Short-Term Planning. Results begin to have impact on larger projects;
2. Understanding of concepts and application of the functional specialized area (Research);
3. Knowledge of leadership competencies such as Motivation, Teamwork, influence etc;
4. Medium/High level of supervision is required. Understanding of team/group processes,
Sets individual priorities and executes work plans, Coordination and Support to the Team Leader;
5. Ability, Assertiveness, Learning Capabilities, Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Hard Work, Computer Literacy (Powerpoint, MS Office, SPSS, Quantum Skills), Leadership.

**Candidates with more experience may be considered as Associate Manager or Manager.
