岗位职责：
Project Support
- Manage the phase of datasheet confirmation process to ensure projects are handled timely and accurately.
- Regular maintain 3D tools, verify accuracy of 3D tools vs pricelists, and keep 3D users noticed.
- Prepare 3D drawings upon project request.
WPI Engineering
- Assist to organize project meeting and consolidate relative documents.
- Track and analyze the performance of installation quality and efficiency.
- Has a close communication with factory to confirm the checklist for production and ensure the production is implemented on timely manner.
- Assist on communicating with suppliers in a good way.
- Coordinate cross functions, regularly follow up and update project progress and feedback to
relative teams on timely basis.
- Cooperate with marketing on customer exhibition, and product promotion etc.
- Summarize lesson learn from each project for future reference.
WPI Service
- Support service plans on third party products e.g. OPT tables, ALVO etc.
- Support service quotation process and verify parts and price.
- Track and analyze the performance of service quality and efficiency.
Others
- Continue to optimize and develop project team (pre-sales) internal working process.
- Continue to optimize and develop project team (pre-sales) internal working template.
任职要求：
Education:
College degree with mechanical or engineering related major or a comparable combination of education and experience.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience as an assistant role and/or equivalent experience in related area.
Skills:
Microsoft Office – expert level

Auto CAD and 3D MAX – advanced level
