概要
领导、推动和监督货车运输业务的整体业务活动，以优化利用率，确保符合公司标准、HSSE 和法律要求的合规性和卓越运营。他/她将制定业务战略并制定关键绩效指标，以最大限度地提高业务成果和绩效。

Key Responsibilities
Provide direction and ensure operations excellence of the Trucking Operations.
Develop and execute the policies, procedures and systems for the Trucking Operations
Lead and drive the Trucking team to achieve KPIs of the overall operations from bookings, planning, arranging, fleet operating, maintenance and repair and all Trucking-related activities, including safety matters, and financial performance of operations.
Benchmark with market and recommend improvements to top management.
Vendor and customer management through building and maintaining good working relationships.
Work closely with clients, internal / external stakeholders, and other statutory authorities to ensure business requirements are met.
Ensures compliance with HSSE policies & procedures and establish safety SOPs.
Handle ad-hoc duties / projects as required by Management from time-to-time

Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
Minimum 10 years in operations roles including people management.
Understand the transport industry and ability to relate with Trucking company and other associated industry managers.
Experience in cost and productivity optimization through process optimization, as well as design and implementation of new operation procedures.
Possess good leadership, achieve cooperation and collaboration among all functions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create and maintain good relationships with customers.
Dynamic and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English & Chinese language


任职要求
持有物流/运输、商业/行政/管理或同等学历的文凭/学士学位
10 年或以上有关货车物流管理经验，包括人员管理。
了解运输行业以及与货车运输公司和其他相关行业经理建立联系的能力。
通过流程优化以及新操作程序的设计和实施来优化成本和生产力的经验
具备良好的领导能力，实现各职能部门之间的合作与协作。
良好的沟通和人际交往能力能够与客户建立和维持良好的关系。
充满活力，能够适应快节奏的环境。
