Job Responsibilities
岗位职责：
1.设计和创作传统宣传册、海报、活动推广物料等印刷品和传媒内容；
Design and create traditional brochures, posters, event promotion materials, and other printed and media content.
2.负责大学网站、社交媒体平台等数字渠道的视觉设计、线上品牌视觉呈现内容；
Responsible for the visual design of university websites, social media platforms, and other digital channels, and online visual presentation.
3.负责大学各类官方活动的摄影摄像对接，可以独立完成日常接待或访谈活动的跟拍记录；
Responsible for managing the photography and video production of various official university activities, and capable of independently completing the follow-up and recording of daily receptions or interview activities.
4.协助大学官方视频及各类主题视频的创意策划与拍摄剪辑执行；能够独立摄制剪辑日常活动或访谈视频；
Assist in the creative planning, shooting, and editing of official university videos and various campaign videos; can independently shoot and edit daily activities or interview videos.
5.协助策划宣传活动方案，并参与活动方案素材的整体收集；
Assist in planning publicity activities and participate in the overall collection of event materials.
6.协助微信公众号、网站、B站等新媒体平台的运营和维护；
Assist in the operation and maintenance of WeChat official accounts, websites, Bilibili, and other social media platforms.
7.协助跟进与执行大学宣传品、品牌纪念品；
Assist in producing university marketing materials and souvenirs.
8.协助管理大学品牌VI；
Assist in monitoring and managing the application of the University’s Corporate Identity.
9.协助部门采购、费用报销、资产盘点等相关工作。
Assist in general administration tasks of the department, such as procurement, reimbursement, and stock management.

Requirements
任职要求：
1.具有全局意识和较强的执行力；
Have a big picture and a strong sense of efficiency.
2.熟练使用设计软件（如Adobe Creative、Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign、Affect Effects等）和视频编辑软件；
Proficient in using design software (such as Adobe Creative, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Affect Effects, etc.) and video editing software.
3.能够独立进行多任务管理；
Able to work independently for multi tasks.
4.优秀的中英文表达能力、撰写能力；
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
5.注重细节；
Detail minded.
6.具备良好的沟通能力与团队精神。
Good communicator and team player.
