Who you are:
Develop maintenance processes and tools for safe operation of equipment and tools. Support production with necessary service, training, and process to execute projects with safety and quality and on time.
 
About the job:
Be responsible for:
o   Ensure equipment and tools are serviced and maintained in safe way
o   Ensure SOP’s are available for maintenance and production for equipment and tools operation
o   Ensure and drive maintenance team skills and knowledge
o   Ensure all legal and company processes are followed with compliance
o   Ensure TPM program is develop and implemented for key equipment
o   Ensure optimization of cost of services and spare parts / cooperate with sourcing and other stakeholders to support further cost optimization
o   Ensure proper set up of KPI’s and drive improvement actions 
o   Support production based on ALPS and LSS tools
o   Support and execute Digital projects / to play active role in digitalization, automation and robotization

o   Min. Green Belt Six Sigma

Qualifications & experience:
o       Mechanical/industrial engineer
o       Experience in managing maintenance team in international company
o       Good English skills
