Key Responsibilities:
Support Buying Head and the Manager to ensure that the quality of bulk production is up to standards
Support Buying Head on optimizing quality related processes to increase brand efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Support Buying team to communicate with suppliers on QA/QC issues, perform bulk inspections, factory evaluations, and all quality related topics
Support and assist Buying Managers and Technicians during fitting sessions and approval of PPS samples
Solid skills in data analysis and reporting, extract and analyze data using internal systems, providing quality reports
Liaise with corporate QA/QC departments to align on targets and quality standards, collecting penalties/repairing fees
Travel to the factories frequently to inspect the production bulk. Ensure that production can be carried out on time
Factory evaluation management on technical know-how and equipment
Assist Buying Head and Buying Managers in ensuring suppliers always follow the COC standards of the company
 
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree and above
More than 5 years of experience in garment industry, with factory inspection, QA/QC, supply chain management, and data analysis knowledge
Fluent in English, spoken and written
Willing to travel
Good excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent cross departmental communication and coordination skills
