1、公司买手客户的管理与公关,组织执行时装周showroom;
2、维护和拓展新的时尚买手店客户;
3、负责进行有效的买手客户管理和沟通,维护良好的买手客户关系;
4、制定完成团队业绩增长及销售任务指标;
5、制定品牌市场策略,提升品牌形象及协助买手客户订货。
薪资组成:综合底薪+绩效+提成(根据拓展成功的买手客户数量及资质,给予相应提成,提成上不封顶!)
任职要求:
1、大专及以上学历,营销管理、时尚管理、服装设计专业毕业,
2、有良好的审美和服装搭配及见解,时尚度高,热爱时尚,对时尚理解较深;
2、做销售出身,以往业绩完成较好,总结复盘能力强,有多店管理经验;
3、懂销售底层逻辑思维,性格适合做销售;
4、具有良好的沟通能力,积极主动,有团队意识。
