工作职责
* Industrial Competitive Analysis: understand the needs of growers, distributors, retailers and industrial partners.
* Understand latest digital ag product initiatives of Bayer global/APAC, partners and competitors, to creatively identify new commercial product opportunities;
* Commercial Product & Data Capability Design: identify and build omni-channel digital product innovation, build data capability, pilot test, Track and trace the progress of product development and GTM ,scale for business adoption;
* Leverage Digital product and omni-channel data to Accelerate Sales Force for demand generation, Empower Distribution Partner to expand sales channel, enable D2R/D2F Omni-Channel Engagement for Customization;
任职要求
* Bachelor or master degree, more than 5 years of experience in SaaS/toB enterprise service sales and management;
* Extensive experience in marketing technology and application for business;
* Background in business or management consulting with a large technology or consulting company, preferred;
* Extensive experience with B2B/B2C operation in omni channels, sophisticated experience on optimizing customer experience, Sophisticated experience on optimizing customer experience in WeChat Ecosystem, including WeChat Mini Program, WeChat Channels;
* Good at product design & data mindset;
