我的客户是一家处于临床阶段的专注于差异化基因治疗药物公司，属于国家高新技术企业，承担多项省部级重大科研课题。
工作内容
1、负责腺相关病毒AAV的包装制备、纯化检测等流程；
2、基于研发基础或生物学过程的新型AAV载体设计、构建、改造、生产及功能验证；
3、AAV新血清型的体外、体内水平生物学性质鉴定实验方案的设计、实施和结果分析，如：转导效率、转导特异性及作用机理等；
4、和相关CDMO公司建立合作关系，负责项目的实施和进度掌控；
5、不断学习和更新对基因治疗相关病毒新技术行业走向的前沿知识，并运用到公司技术更新和改进上；
6、与适合使用AAV作为治疗药物载体的具体开发管线协作完成品种开发；
7、整理技术开发数据，撰写用于专利申请的技术文档

理想的求职者
1、硕士及以上学历，细胞生物学、病毒学，分子生物学，生物化学，生物学等相关专业，博士优先；
2、有丰富的细胞生物学、分子生物学、病毒学实验经验，熟练掌握PCR、westernblot、质粒构建、流式、细胞培养、AAV病毒包装及纯化、ELISA等实验技术；
3、熟悉新药研发流程，有AAV、慢病毒、腺病毒等相关工作经验者优先；
4、能够熟练地查阅英文文献，并具有分析和汇报实验数据能力；
5、责任心强，目标导向。
