Expertise:

-At least 2-3 years of Application Managed Service operation qualification or equivalent experience

- Automative or manufacturing industry is preferred

- Rich Windows server/technical experience in implementation and operational support

- Familiar and capable with batch scripts on Windows and Linux platform, database set up and configuration, Web application server operation e.g. Open Shifts, Glassfish, etc.

-Planning and control all application relevant infrastructure preparation

- Regular application maintenance including incident, service request, change, knowledge, problem handlings and proactive monitor, etc.

- Resolve 2nd level support incidents and meet defined SLA targets

- Issue troubleshooting, details analysis and solution of 2nd level tickets handling and operation process adherence

-Familiar with ITIL v3/v4 methodology and practical experience

-Strong communication skills in both written and oral English

-Business communication skills, project coordination, and cross-team collaboration skills

-Regular license monitor , management and report process with product team stakeholders

- Operation Data Analysis and statics reporting on demand, etc.
