工作职责：
The Data Manager is responsible for manage MDM and data governance project to ensure their successful delivery and completion.
PMO – managing data team project portfolio and resources utilization.
Service Delivery – setting up the right ITIL structure for data operation.
Data Governance & MDM –focus on execution, implementing and running the data organization and policies/procedures to be delivered by Jupiter, capability to provide insight is a plus.


Competencies / Personality:
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information system or related discipline.
-Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in a global, multicultural environment.
-Business Acumen – demonstrated passions and commitments to CPG (Consumer Product Group) industry, beer/alcohol/beverage experiences would be an add.
-Drive for Result – passionate of exceeding expectations, is constantly and consistently one of the top performer, is energetic to push self and others for better results
-Action Oriented – the candidate enjoys working hard, is action oriented and full of energy for the things he/she sees as challenges, is not fearful of acting with a minimum planning, and seizes more opportunities than other.
-Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Educational / minimum requirements:
-Above 8 years’ experience in data management
-Familiar with ERP and Finance is a plus.
-Functional/Technical Skills
-IITL V3 Certified, experiences managing operational teams to deliver according to the ITIL framework.
-Experiences in data engineering
-Experiences in PMO.
