Assignments and responsibilities
· Be part of a team that develops and designs products through every phase of development from sketching, fabric selection, accessory approval and fitting, to the final production.
· Create 5 collections and 4 express collections a year
· Collaborate and brainstorm on specified strategic design directions in corporation with design manager.
· Analyse sales figures and development style needs.
· Manage files to suppliers.

Qualifications
You have a degree in fashion design.
You have at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in fashion design.
Preferably your previous work experience is from a luxury women’s wear brand, high street level.
You have advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign, also Microsoft office.
You have the ability to design and create styles for luxury and cool women.
You have basic knowledge of tailoring.
You can identify new trends and implement this in your work.
You have a good eye for colour and composition, paying attention to detail.
You can work independently.
You have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
You have basic English skills, both spoken and written.
You are willing to live and work in Beijing, China.
You are interested in working with other cultures.
