JOB DESCRIPTION 岗位说明
1. Lead project development for HVAC systems, ranging from small-scale greenfield installations to large brownfield or DHCS projects in China. 领导暖通系统项目开发，范围包括小型绿地大型棕地以及中国范围内的区域供热供冷项目。
2. Conduct thorough reviews of existing plant/system operations in brownfield projects or design review in greenfield projects, utilizing data-driven approaches to propose improvement plans that enhance system efficiency.能够对现有或设计中的厂房/系统运行进行审查，善于利用数据驱动的方法提出改进方案，提高系统效率。
3. Manage all phases of project planning, execution, testing, and commissioning for HVAC/DHCS projects.全面管理暖通空调/区域供热供冷项目的计划、实施、测试、调试阶段。
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project plans based on customer feedback, and coordinate with local design institutes, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved.基于客户的反馈能够跨部门协作优化项目方案，联合当地设计院、承包商和供应商，确保项目里程碑完成。
5. Develop and oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure effective project management.制定和监督项目预算情况，进度以及资源分配对项目进行有效管理。
6. Identify and proactively manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.对项目会产生的风险管控具有识别能力和前瞻性，根据需要适当调整策略。
7. Provide regular management reports on project progress and updates to stakeholders.定期向领导层汇报项目进展和最新动态。
8. Cultivate strong client relationships, address their needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 维护和巩固客户关系，满足客户需求，保证客户较高的满意度。
9. Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor/the head of department from time to time. 负责完成直属领导/部门领导临时安排的其他适当的工作。
JOB REQUIREMENTS 岗位要求
1. Major in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor's Degree or above) 暖通空调或机械工程专业（本科以上学历）
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management for HVAC in new buildings and/or major HVAC retrofits for existing buildings in China or related industries。在中国建筑物的暖通领域至少有5年工作经验，或在相关行业领域有相同经验。
3. Familiar with deployment and integration of renewable energy sources and energy efficient technologies (e.g., energy storage systems) in China。熟悉中国可再生能源和节能技术的部署与整合(例如：储能系统)。
4. Familiar with the national codes and regulations in China. 熟悉中国相关法律法规。
5. Proven experience in project management within the HVAC/DHCS industry. 具有暖通空调/区域供热供冷领域的项目管理经验。
6. Proficient in using CAD/BIM software such as AutoCAD/Revit. 熟练使用CAD/BIM，Auto CAD/Revit软件。
7. Effective communication skills in both English and Mandarin。具有良好的中英文沟通能力。
