This is a position for Swire Properties' New Project in Liwan Distrcit, Guangzhou.
Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
To initiate and manage the Company’s compensation and benefits programs. Be responsible for C&B operation.
Major Tasks & Activities:
1. Focus on C&B operation such as payroll processing, social insurance and housing fund, HRMS management, labor contract and insurance renewals;
2. Plan and organize C&B regular activities including report, auditing, budget plan, Co-work with finance team to monitor monthly overheads spend.
3. Participate in development and implementation of C&B initiatives, prepare analysis, benchmarking and reports etc.
4. Manage daily people movement process and provide professional advice for C&B related if necessary.
5. Participate in compensation surveys, analyze market data, provide compensation counsel and advise constantly.
6. Be responsible for annual Merit review and bonus calculation activities
7. Coordinate communication of compensation and benefits to employees and other HR
8. Organize and carry out performance appraisal and process, maintain PDR system.
9. Other ad hoc duties.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above. The related subject of HR is preferred.
2. 6 years or above HR experience with at least 4 years in C&B specialization
3. Good knowledge of C&B concept, including survey benchmarking, salary management and fundamentals of benefits program
4. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
5. Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
6. Excellent command in written and spoken English
