About the role
As a Customer Success Manager at Horizons with a focus on our China-based clientele seeking international expansion, you will play a pivotal role in the client onboarding experience, ensuring our clients successfully transition into and utilize our suite of services. You will be the primary point of contact post-sale and throughout the customer lifecycle. By understanding our clients' unique needs, cultural nuances, and business goals, you will ensure that they derive maximum value from our solutions. Your role will not only ensure a seamless onboarding experience but also provide ongoing support as these businesses expand in foreign markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Guide China-based clients through a smooth onboarding process, ensuring that they understand and can effectively use the platform and all relevant Horizons’ services.
Provide clients with insights and advice on global HR related trends, regulatory considerations, and cultural nuances relevant to their target expansion countries.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and ensuring their long-term success with Horizons.
Provide tailored training sessions and materials adapted to the unique needs and cultural nuances of our the clients.
Gather client feedback and liaise with our product and services teams to ensure our offerings remain relevant and valuable to the China market. Continuously adapt our offerings to the evolving needs of expanding businesses.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Horizons' other services, and work closely with sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure client growth.
Proactively identify potential issues and work collaboratively with internal teams to address them, ensuring client satisfaction.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics related to client health, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Understand the business culture in China and ensure that company’s offerings and communications are culturally sensitive and relevant.
Serve as a bridge between Chinese business culture and the cultures of target expansion countries, ensuring smooth communication and understanding.

确定追加销售和交叉销售Horizons其他服务的机会,并与销售、营销和运营团队密切合作,确保客户增长。
主动发现潜在问题,并与内部团队合作解决这些问题,确保客户满意。
跟踪、分析和报告与客户健康、产品采用和客户满意度相关的关键性能指标。
了解中国的商业文化,确保公司的产品和沟通具有文化敏感性和相关性。
作为中国商业文化与目标扩张国家文化之间的桥梁,确保沟通和理解的顺利进行。


Qualifications:
Bachelor's or higher degree.
6+ years of experience in a customer success or client-facing role in China, preferably in EOR, HR services or related fields.
Native in Mandarin and fluent in English.
Strong understanding of Chinese business culture and the challenges faced when expanding abroad.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a global mindset.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment across diverse teams.
Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant tools.
Customer oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.

资质:
学士或以上学历。
6年以上在中国成功客户或面向客户的工作经验,最好在EOR、人力资源服务或相关领域工作。
普通话为母语,英语流利。
对中国商业文化和海外扩张所面临的挑战有着深刻的理解。
出色的沟通、表达和人际交往能力,具有全球思维。
能够在不同团队中独立工作并在团队环境中工作。
熟练使用CRM软件和其他相关工具。
以客户为导向,热衷于提供出色的客户体验。
