该岗位负责辣椒类、酱油类等新品研发工作，工作地点为江门新会，包住宿。


工作职责:
- 新品开发(＞ 50%)，其他品类(最多50%)
1. 开发扩展口味和新产品，包括加工程序和技术以及产品规格，密切配合LKK的指导方针。
2. 协助审核和改进新的和现有的原材料和包装材料的申请。
3. 处理加工和原料选择过程中遇到的问题。
4. 主动发起和跟踪所有研发活动。
•能够在公司内部或外部合作伙伴环境中工作。
•技术支持
1. 为生产问题提供技术支持，包括加工程序，原料准备和包装过程，以确保最终产品安全并符2. 合要求的质量
3. 支持客户咨询，能够提供产品相关信息的管理和沟通
•与研发人员和各部门沟通解决问题，建立目标并协调新项目。
•出色的沟通技巧和把握客户需求的能力，作为项目的有效倡导者，向内部和外部提供技术支持。
•能够与全球研发人员沟通

岗位要求：
•教育及经历，大学本科学历，食品科学或相关背景，2年以上食品行业工作经验
•具有NPD和Chili或RTE产品的研发经验
•具备食品基础知识以及管理/监督技能
•自我驱动，良好的团队合作精神
•良好的洞察力和创新热情
•灵活的学习能力

Duties & Responsibilities:

- New product Development of the Chili/SS NPDs (＞ 50 %), other category (max 50%)
• Develop extension flavors and new products, including the processing procedures and techniques and product Specifications working very closely to meet the LKK guidelines.
• Assist review and improve the application for new and current raw materials and packaging materials.
• Tackle problems encountered during processing and ingredients selection.
• Proactively initiating and following all R&D activities.
• Able to work within the internal company or external partner environment.

Technical Support
• Provide technical supports on production issues, including processing procedures, preparation of ingredients and packaging processes to ensure the final products are safe and meet the required quality
• Support customer inquiries, able to providing product related information Administrative and Communication
• Communicate with R&D staffs and various departments to tackle problems, to establish objectives and to co-ordinate new projects.
• Excellent communications skills and the ability to grab customer needs, serve as an effective project champion to internal and technical present external.
• Able to communicate to R&D members across globally

II. JOB SPECIFICATION

Education & Experience: -
• University degree in Food Science or related background
• Min 2 years of experience in food industrial
• R&D experiences in NPD and those with Chili or RTE products
