Key Success:

You can expect a varied and demanding area of responsibility in a small, hardworking team.
▪ Ensuring the API / formula identified for in-license will bring sustainable growth in the next 5-10 years
▪ Assessing the scientific medical evidence and rationale vs local requirements and work with the team to make recommendations to the business on next steps
▪ Ensure product claims developed compliance with registration requirement and use in real eventually.
▪ Ensure clinical design executional and scientifical with high chance of positive result.

Key Accountabilities:
▪ Lead medical evaluation to identify potential formula for in-license and NDA approach.
▪ Work closely with cross function teams (local + global) to complete in license Due diligence to ensure medical package compliance. And also propose solutions to fill any gaps identified.
▪ Work closely with clinical team to collaborate Clinical design and relevant document preparation for potential NDA options.
▪ Develop evidence support for claims for new launch.
▪ Support in developing the consumer and HCP communication strategy.

Your Profile
▪ Solid medical and category knowledge with doctor practising experience in 3A hospitals (三甲医院临床内科) with consultant title （主治医生）. And also have 5 years above medical experience in pharmaceutical companies.
▪ Solid medical experience in both OTC pre-launch and post launch stages
▪ Have more than 3 times of experience on OTC IND. Preferred if had led NDA Clinical I.II.III in past
▪ Sound understanding of China OTC industry and regulatory requirements and pathways.
▪ Has solid proven of managing diverse groups of KOL.
▪ Ability to multi-task, effectively lead and coordinate project activities.
▪ Self-motivated, structured, organization and performance-oriented personality with an entrepreneurial thinking, creativity and dynamism.
