Responsibility
1) Develop education materials & programs for Arc’teryx SIS dealers & their sales personnel so they have strong knowledge of our brands, products, & key stories to sell with confidence & successfully
2) Develop seasonal plan & schedule of educational training, workshops, classes, etc to maximize SIS dealers & sales personnel knowledge, sales skills, and motivation
3) Execute education program in high quality & professional manner to maximize effectiveness
4) Follow up with special attention underperforming SIS dealers & locations to identify issues & improve with countermeasures
5) Develop & execute incentive programs to motivate SIS dealers & sales personnel to sell more & inspire their loyalty to Arc’teryx brands
6) Visit Arc’teryx SIS periodically for to check sales personnel knowledge, sales skills, and performance. Conduct scorecard evaluation. Follow up issues & improvement areas as necessary.
7) Develop, execute, and manage certification programs to test SIS dealers & sales personnel knowledge & sales skills. Strive for continuous improvement in certification test results & performance of certified sales people.

Requirement
1) Solid experience in sales training function management
2) Strongly capacity of project management
3) High passion to evolve retail business
4) Experience in retail, training/education is plus
