Job Description:

We are looking for an UI/UX Designer to enhance the user experience of our application products. As an UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing the visual interface of the product from a user's perspective, providing an exceptional user experience. You will work closely with the team, participating in the entire design process from concept to implementation, to ensure consistency in design philosophy and overall coherence of the user interface.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the visual design of both dashboard reporting and web applications, including but not limited to user interfaces, icons, buttons, animations, etc.
2. Conduct creative design and develop design concepts based on user research and business requirements.
3. Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure the implementation of design concepts aligns with expected outcomes.
4. Continuously improve the usability and user experience of existing products.
5. Participate in user surveys, collect user feedback, and provide design recommendations for product iterations.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and apply the latest design concepts and technologies to product design.
7. Develop and update design guidelines to ensure consistency and maintainability in design.
8. Assist team members in enhancing their design capabilities by providing design guidance and training.
9. Participate in cross-department collaboration and work with other designers and team members to drive product innovation.
10. Regularly share design philosophies and best practices to continuously improve the team's design capabilities.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of UI/UX design experience, Bachelor's degree or above in Design, Art, or related fields preferred.
2. Working experience on UI design for reporting dashboard with Power BI is a must.
3. Proficient in various design software (such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe series, etc.) and related tools and technologies.
4. Have a deep understanding of user experience design and interaction design concepts and practical experience.
5. Experience with UI style design reference to Aliyun DataV visualized dashboard is a plus.
6. Possess excellent visual design capabilities and the ability to develop tailored design solutions for different platforms and devices.
7. Have good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and the ability to clearly express design ideas and concepts.
8. Have a passion for continuous learning and exploring new technologies, and the ability to quickly adapt to changing design needs and technological environments.

4. 对用户体验设计和交互设计的概念有深刻的理解和实践经验。
5. 有阿里云数据可视化仪表盘UI设计经验者优先。
6. 具备优秀的视觉设计能力，能够针对不同平台和设备量身定制设计方案。
7. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够清晰地表达设计思路和概念。
8. 有持续学习和探索新技术的热情，并能快速适应不断变化的设计需求和技术环境。
