Responsibility:主要职责

1. Provide/coordinate customer service and logistics support to customers and channel-partners in China and Asia; from entry of customer's order, shipments and expedition, customs-clearance, invoice and Fapiao, and other after-sales support (repair, training, installation, commissioning etc...)

向中国大陆和其他亚洲国家的用户或者渠道合作伙伴(代理,分销,系统集成商等)提供售后服务和商务支持,包含处理客户订单,安排货运,清关,发票和其他售后支持

2. Managing import and export of product to/from customers in China and other countries within Asia, including preparation of commercial and customs documentation.

处理用户设备在中国大陆和其他亚洲国家进出口,为用户设备进出关提供必须的文件。

3. Manage customer complaints on supply chain/ logistics matters & work with salespersons and support engineers to resolve customer’s complaint such as damages and delays.

管理用户投诉,和销售人员一起解决用户投诉

4. Prepare quotation of repair services and spare parts.

负责设备/零件的返厂维修以及向客户报价事宜

5. Weekly/Monthly/Yearly sales and payment data management, reports/summaries for internal and external financial reporting.

数据管理,记录和报告,汇总和制作周报、月度、年度的财务支持报表等相关文件

6. Periodic inventory checks & reports

阶段性的检查和汇报仓库库存情况,制作库存报表

7. Prepares company payment schedule, fapiao/invoices, collection/summary of employees’ monthly reimbursement information and receipts, including liaisons with outsource accountants.

负责公司付款申请和发票管理,每月员工报销资料的收集和汇总,以及和外包财务公司的沟通协调

8. Sourcing, negotiation, liaison with freight forwarders and travel agencies

负责货运承运商/机票代理等供应商的价格协商、内外沟通协调和对帐事宜

9. Office administration related matters, including insurance, booking airline tickets, hotels, purchasing office supplies, etc.

办公室行政相关事务,包括保险,订机票、酒店、采购办公用品等

10. Purchase third party products and tools

负责产品/工具的第三方采购事宜

11. Responsible for filing and management of company documents.

负责公司文件的归档管理
Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably with science and engineering background

学士学位,技术工程背景优先

2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service/ Logistics/ Shipping

至少3年相关客户服务/运输/物流经验

3. Familiar with import/ export operations, incoterms, and order entry process.

熟悉进出口操作, 国际贸易术语通则和订单录入流程

4. Fluent in writing and speaking English.

英文书写和口语流利

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office software – Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
