Role and Responsibilities

 Be responsible for business consulting on customer service, sales management, and CRM.

 Provide business analysis, business solutions and optimize business processes.

 Support clients to explore new business models and effective profitability.

 Responsible for the design and maintenance of CRM backend products (including Apps, marketing-oriented WeChat Mini Programs/H5, etc.), including conducting demand research, process sorting, product design, and product operations.

 Deeply understand business, coordinate resources, track projects, manage risks, ensure timely launches based on product iteration plans, effectively collect usage feedback from various business units, and continuously optimize products.

 Any other tasks and duties that the line manager/company assigns

Job Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree or above, computer-related majors preferred.

 Required Technical and Professional Expertise, excellent product architecture design and planning skills, possess experience in business backend product development, and possess certain data analysis capabilities.

 Functional knowledge-Strategy, CRM

 At least 5 years of experience in Internet or IT product development.

 Industry experience- Automotive ,Consumer, Electronic Product, Healthcare, Life Science, , or industrial Products.

 Language requirements: Possess good English reading and writing skills, able to independently communicate with clients in written English, proficiency in spoken English preferred.

 Clear thinking, strong logical analysis skills, and good business understanding abilities.

 Be proactive, meticulous, have good communication and coordination skills, strong execution abilities, a strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
