Your Tasks:
1. Work with sales and provide daily technical support to customers regarding technical issues and complaints related to semiconductor products.
2. Under the guidance, conduct technical support for glass application in semiconductor.
3. Co-work with processing to fulfill the gap between application and production.
4. Execute lab measurements and testing based on requests; organize sample preparation under request of customers.
5. Prepare reports for customer activities & lab evaluations, and presentations for projects, with high quality standard and time measures.
6. Follow strictly company policy including EHS, equipment maintenance, 5s and compliance and take personal responsibility and measures.
7. Performs other duties as specified in local JD and/or assigned.

Your Profile:
1. Master or Bachelor (with 2+ years working experience) in engineering background.
2. Knowledge with physics, optics, mechanics are preferred.
3. Characterization and analysis skills for brittle materials.
4. Work independently on a regular basis based on projects and responsibilities requirement.
5. Effective interpersonal communication skills and self-motivated with good organization skills.
6. Fluent in English and Chinese, with both written and oral communication skills.
