岗位职责：

1、Support global customers and Sales in exploring complaints and developing new product ideas. Interact with th Sales and customers to identify the best possible solution.
支持全球客户和销售人员处理投诉和开发新产品创意，与销售人员和客户互动以确定解决方案。
2、Ensure effective and efficient communication with the concerned functions at KLM, such as R&D, QA, MCM, and others as needed.
确保与德国总部的相关职能部门保持高效的沟通，如R&D, QA, MCM以及其它需要的部门。
3、Lead and define product strategy for chain application for example.
领导并制定比如链条应用的产品的战略
4、Give technical guidance during project concept reviewing.
参与项目概念的评估，并提供技术指导。
5、Understand product development process and give constructive suggestions to improve it.
理解产品开发的流程，并能提出建设性意见进行改进。
6、Handle the lab facilities properly according to WI. Prepare lab samples for local product development according to the instruction. Document experiment details clearly and properly.
能根据操作说明书正确地操作实验时设备。根据要求制备实验室样品，并保证准确清楚地记录实验数据。
7、Carry out maintenance and calibration work of lab equipments and test rigs.
完成实验室设备及测试台架的维护及矫正工作。
8、Test lab/pilot samples according to the project requirement list. Document experiment details and results clearly and properly and to ensure accurate and clear record of experimental data.
根据项目技术指标的要求测试实验室/试生产样品。清楚、恰当地记录实验细节和结果，确保实验数据记录准确、清楚。
9、Carry out new product development projects, follow up and give technical guidance to production during new product realization process.
完成新产品开发项目, 并在试生产过程中负责跟进并提供技术指导。
10、Contact supplier to request raw materials samples. Test raw materials according to the test instruction.
联系供应商索取原材料的样品，并在主管的指导下完成相应的实验工作。
11、Ensure maintainance of testing equipments, responsible for weekly & monthly cleaning, sorting duties, and related lab 5S work.
确保实验室仪器设备的维护， 负责每周和每月的清洁，整理工作，以及相关的实验室5S工作。


任职要求：
1、Master/PhD degree in chemistry, chemical engineer or relative field;
硕士/博士学历，化学相关专业;
2、At least 3 years laboratory experience in multinational companies;
3年以上跨国公司实验部门工作经验；
3、Familiar with literature & patent search, familiar with analysis method;
熟悉文献及专利检索，熟悉各类化学分析方法;
4、Strong willingness for R&D technical and management work
有意愿从事研发相关的技术及管理工作；
5、Excellent communication and coordination skills;
优秀的沟通以及协作能力;
6、Fluent English – oral and written;
优秀的英文口头及书面表达能力;
7、Good PC skills;
优秀的计算机技能;
