Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including but not limited to income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Supports financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes, analyzing revenue, expenses, cash flow, and return on investment.

Develops and maintains complex financial models to support management decision-making.

Conducts in-depth analysis of internal and external financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to management.

Monitors business performance indicators, establishes, and follows up on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Participates in regular financial audits to ensure all financial activities comply with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Assesses and conducts due diligence for new business opportunities, acquisitions, and investments.

Collaborates with other departments to provide financial expertise, aiding in the development of effective market strategies.

Prepares and presents management reports, including financial presentations for management meetings.

Guides and trains junior financial analysts and other relevant staff.
Qualifications:
Holds a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; candidates with an MBA or equivalent are preferred.

Possesses a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.

Proficient in Excel and financial software applications such as SAP, Oracle, etc.

Exhibits excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrates superior written and oral communication abilities, with the capacity to clearly explain complex financial information to non-financial individuals.

Familiar with financial reporting and compliance standards.

Candidates with CFA, CPA, or other relevant professional certifications are given preference.

Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
