Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team, primarily responsible for supporting project teams with sample management from various vendors and facilitating logistics tasks within sample delivery from Chinese office to overseas HQ. The role involves systematizing current samples and documents, managing sub-projects related to packaging of devices, and overseeing vendor management of package manufacturers. Additionally, this position requires cross-team collaboration with headquarters, the Chinese division of the company, and vendors in China.


Responsibilities:
1) Support project teams with sample management from various vendors.
2) Assist vendors and teams with logistics tasks within sample delivery within China and overseas.
3) Systematize current samples and documents for easy accessibility and reference.
4) Manage sub-projects related to packaging of devices, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
5) Oversee vendor management of package manufacturers, including negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with agreements.
6) Collaborate with cross-functional teams across headquarters, the Chinese division of the company, and vendors in China to facilitate project progress and resolve issues.


Background Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
- Demonstrated experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations, with a focus on international trade and vendor management.
- Previous exposure to the technology industry, particularly in the field of hardware or electronics, is highly desirable.
- Understanding of the manufacturing process, from prototype development to mass production, and familiarity with quality control standards.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing projects involving stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures, particularly between China and Russia, is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data related to supply chain performance and project progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Degree or additional certifications in logistics or project management would be advantageous.
