Job Title: Manufacturing Manager
Report To: China Operations Director
Location: Guangzhou

Job Summary: As the head of manufacturing department, be in charge of daily HSE of manufacturing team and facility, Production, RM receiving/storage and product storage/dispatching, Facility maintenance of whole Guangzhou chem site and Central Warehouse. Ensure good quality control in process, on-time production, OEE of facility, effective manufacturing cost control.

Job Responsibilities:
1. HSE and legal compliance
Main HSE Responsible person for manufacturing team, on-site contractors working in manufacturing area, and area owner of manufacturing facility, RM/FG warehouse. Ensure all HSE policy/procedure are well implemented.
2. Production and warehouse
Supervise production activity according to production plan.
Work closely with Supply Chain team to ensure on-time delivery and reasonable material inventory level.
Responsible for utilization of warehouse space and high efficiency of goods movement.
3. Maintenance:
Ensure OEE of all manufacturing facility, including all production lines, utilities, utility for office area and TC center.
4. Cost control:
Cost owner of all manufacturing related facility and activities.
5. CAPEX project:
Responsible for plan and execution of CAPEX projects (small project for continuous improvement, replacement of old equipment etc.).
6. Continuous improvement:
Promote culture of safety and Lean manufacturing.
Continuous improvement on HSE, Quality, cost saving and team moral via people development, optimize existing procedure and develop new procedure and implement Lean Sigma tools.
7. People management:
Manage production team, warehouse team, maintenance team, process engineer.
Develop and coach team member to be more capable for current role and future career development.
Manage employee communication of manufacturing team.
8. Other tasks assigned by the company or superior.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above of Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry related major. MBA is preferred.
2.10 more years management experience as senior production supervisor and manager in chemical production. Experience in batch production process is preferred.
3.Strong PSM (Process safety management) experience.
4. Excellent communication skills and leadership. Excellent occupational ethic and strong ownership.
5.Certificate of Safety responsible person issued by China government. Certificate of Lean sigma is preferred.
6.Fluent in Mandarin & English, both in writing and speaking is a must.
