Responsibility:
1. Give facilitation to CN sellers to help them quickly onboard marketplaces;
2. Ensure our sellers to adopt our internal tools, related to seller center, logistics, traffic driving, business report analysis etc. to better grow their business with us;
3. Establish and maintain standard and professional Seller Course on proper internal platform, promote it and proactive track seek for sellers’ feedback;
4. Partner with BD team and SAM team to identify targets, work together to improve internal process to better serve our sellers;
5. Learn about Walmart's cross border e-commerce business, drive initiatives to reach objectives expected from senior leaders.

Basic Requirement:
1. 2 years and above in client communication or mass seller management roles with demonstrated track record of success;
2. Experience in North America market will be a plus;
3. Experience on independently analyzing, think critically & solving problems;
4. Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment and work with cross functional teams;
5. Proficiency in oral and written English, additional foreign language skill preferred;
6. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
7. Bachelor degree or above.
