Construct a professional warehouse team to ensure the smooth and efficient material and information flow from suppliers to customers, according to statutory and corporate requirements as well as ISO9002/ISO14001.

Essential Functions 基本职能

Standardize and manage warehouse operations (receiving, put-away, storage, replenish and dispatch, etc.) including bonded materials
规范和管理仓库操作(收货、存放、储存、补充和调度等)，包括保税物料

Manage and enforce external 3PL daily operations to cope with TMO
管理和执行外部3PL的日常运营，以应对TMO

Improve Logistics KPIs by proactively lead dynamic PPI projects

Independently work with cross functions to solve problems

Implement EHS and 5S management to ensure the safety of warehouse

Implement warehouse equipment application daily checking and record

Develop warehouse competency level via defined regular programs

Measure warehouse efficiency and performance and improve productivity

Optimize warehouse layout to maximize the utilization rate of space

Enhance and optimize warehouse materials flow and information flow

Fully responsible for WH daily cycle counting and year end stock taking

全面负责WH的日常盘点和年终盘点

Ensure warehouse staff to obey the warehouse standard processes.

Educational Qualifications学历:
Bachelor's Degree in logistics, Industrial engineering or equivalent majors in Science

物流、工业工程或相关专业大专及以上学历
Experience Qualifications经验资历:

5 years above experience in warehousing, inventory control, or materials management in a manufacturing environment with 2 years above supervisory experience.

2年以上制造业仓库、库存控制或物料管理经验，2年以上管理经验。

Hands-on experience receiving, inventory maintenance, Material Handling operations, methods, and practices.

有实际的收货、库存维护、物料处理操作、方法和实践经验。

Self motivated and a good team player and team motivator

Good planning ability and data analysis capability.

良好的策划能力和数据分析能力。

Familiar with ERP system WM module (SAP is plus)

Good command of English and Mandarin in both written and oral

Advanced levels of MS office (especially Excel)
