Your responsibilities

* Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
* Will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective and efficient Power Platform solutions.
* The role will involve creating custom applications, automating business processes, and leveraging data analysis tools to drive insights and improvements across the organization.
* Developing customized departmental sites and templates based on requirements.
* Creating complex workflows for approvals and notifications using Power Automate.
* Good exposure of end-to-end solutioning : Solution design, development and customization in apps, data management and analytics, automation and process improvements, training and support of solutions developed and delivered.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features of the Microsoft Power Platform.

Your background
Degree in Analytics, Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related fields
Must have skills:

* 5+ years of  proven experience as a Power Platform Solution Architect, Power Platform developer, Power Apps developer or similar role.
* Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Power
* Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse and Sharepoint.
* Proficiency in building canvas apps, model-driven apps, and Power Automate workflows.
* Proficient in creating visually appealing user interfaces (UI) that enhance user experience and engagement.
* Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive and user-friendly designs, incorporating best practices in UI design principles and usability English - fluent.

Good to have skills:

* Certifications in the Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies.
* Experience in implementing core functionalities such as custom web parts, features, countertypes, lists or libraries, master pages, and page layouts.
* Experience working in agile development environments.
* Knowledge of data modeling, connectors, and integration capabilities within the Power Platform.
