Your Team
FXMM team, based in Wuxi China, mainly serves the FX sales and their clients in APAC region, supporting business and product Foreign Exchange, Money Market and Derivatives. This team is performing time-critical tasks with high quality of operation and high standard of business requirement.
Your Role
1) Processing confirmations and settlements on FX, Money Market and Option trades.

2) Exceptional handling of operational issues

3) Responding queries from business desk and clients.

4) Communicating directly with clients and counterparties in calls and emails.

5) Assisting front office for client onboarding and offboarding.

6) Working with cross-regional and cross-functional teams for issue resolution.

7) Involving and supporting business or regulatory projects.
Your Expertise
1) University BA degree, majoring in Finance, Accounting or English/Japanese language preferred.

2) Business level of oral and written English is a must;

Japanese language proficiency level-1 is a plus.

3) Fast learner, willing to take new challenges with can-do attitude.

4) Multi-tasks handling and timely responding.

5) Detail-orientated, sensitive to numbers and figures.

6) Delivering high-standard performance under high pressure.

7) Acumen in producing quality outputs and providing high-level of client service.

8) Basic knowledge of automation tools development and application.
