岗位职责:
1.输出与维护英文版产品与服务文档,包括但不限于产品手册、技术手册、FAQ、故障排查手册、培训文档、交付文档(操作手册、维护手册)、拆装机视频/SOP等;
2.负责线上或线下海外渠道培训、考查/考核/认证等,从技术层面指导海外渠道开展业务;
3.为海外渠道提供技术支持,解答海外渠道在产品应用各环节遇到的问题;
4.及时与海外渠道同步产品和技术新信息,收集海外渠道产品和服务需求/问题并及时反馈到研发中心。
任职条件:
1.本科及以上学历,控制类、电子类、机械类、计算机类、通信类等相关工科专业;
2.具备优秀的综合素质、沟通协作能力、实践动手能力以及客户服务意识;
3.英语口语流利且有较强的学习能力;
4.工作积极主动、认真负责,能承受一定的工作压力且执行力强,能接受短期海外出差;
5.熟悉Linux/ROS操作,有机器人/无人车/无人机等相关领域技术支持项目经验者优先。
Technical support (for overseas distributors, base Shenzhen)
Job responsibilities:
1. Output and maintain English version of product and service documents, including but not limited to product manuals, technical manuals, FAQ, troubleshooting manuals, training documents, documents for customers (operation manuals, maintenance manuals), disassembly and assembly video/SOP, etc;
2.Responsible for online or offline training, inspections/assessments/certifications of training for overseas distributors, and providing technical guidance for their business development;
3. Provide technical support for overseas distributors, and solve questions they encountered in various aspects of product application;
4. Timely synchronize new product and technology information with overseas distributors, and collect product and service needs/issues from overseas distributors, and feedback them to the R&D center.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in engineering related to control, electronics, machinery, computer science, communication, etc;
2.Possess excellent comprehensive qualities, communication, collaboration and hands-on capabilities, and customer service awareness;
3.Fluent in spoken English and good at learning;
4.Proactive and responsible in work, able to withstand certain work pressure with strong execution ability, and able to accept short-term overseas business trips;
5.Familiar with Linux/ROS operation, with technical support experience in robotics/unmanned vehicles/drones and other relevant fields is preferred.
