Job Description/工作职责:
- 根据销售合同和协议在SAP中建立销售订单和服务订单。Create sales order and service order in SAP according to sales contract or agreement.
- 根据现金收入情况在SAP中安排订单发货单,并对应的建立帐单。Release delivery in SAP in terms of cash received, create billing doc accordingly.
- 跟踪和报告销售订单,定期报告交货执行情况。Tracking and report SO status. Periodically report delivery performance.
- 与销售部门紧密合作加强销售预测。Work closely with sales people to consolidate sales forecast.
- 与物流以及物料部门相关人员紧密合作,监控实际库存情况和货物运输状态。warehouse keeper and logistic person to monitor the real stock movement and goods in transit status.
- 向客户快递增值税发票。Post VAT invoice to customer.
- 协调和处理客户需求和投诉,提高服务质量。Cooperates with other terms to handle customer inquiries and complaints. Continue improve the services quality.
- 处理客服经理分配的其他工作。Other activities assigned by customer service manager.
Requirement/要求:
- Colleague or above; 专科及以上学历
- Experienced with EPR system application especially on MM, SO module. SAP experience will be a plus; 有ERP系统经验,特别是MM,SO模块。有SAP系统经验为佳。
- Over 2 years working experience. 2年以上工作经验。
- Good communication skills, can work under pressure. 良好的沟通能力和抗压能力。
- Skillful in computer application; 能熟练使用计算机。
- Good command in English is preferred; 具备良好的英语能力者优先。
