Roles & Responsibilities:
Develops concepts for new and existing products:
- Conducts user experience research providing insights and recommendations to development teams and ensure outside-in perspective when leveraging technologies for our products.
- Implements state-of-the-art user experience research methodology to ensure insights are captured and documented appropriately.
- Ensures voice of consumer representation in solution development E2E, including value proposition definition, solution requirements definition, safeguarding the user experience, providing consumer support and validating the solution.
- Translates consumer feedback and solution data-based insights into solution improvement opportunities and support roadmap definition with consumer insights from data analysis.

Experience / Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years experience in industrial product development position; min. 5 years for senior or lead role. Consumer research experience (online/offline) preferred. UX/UI design welcomed​
- Minimum HBO (or local equivalent) in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or Social Sciences; Bachelor and Master degrees preferred​
- Fluent in English
