1. Responsible for insurance business development among direct clients & customers or cooperation with distribution channels to achieve the business targets allocated by the company.

4. Responsible for personalized health management and medical assistance services for high-end customers and implement the corresponding plans.

5. Follow and execute the entire sales process, maintain communication with the sales system and sales front desk, and ensure the smooth implementation of business.

Qualifications任职资格
1. Bachelor's degree with 8+ years’ work experience, preferably in the headquarters of insurance companies or Internet platform .
正规本科毕业，有8年及以上保险总部、互联网平台经验优先
2. Have passion for work, good service awareness and strong coordination skills, strong communication and persuasion abilities, positive image quality, and strong infectivity.
富有激情和感染力，具有良好的服务意识与亲和力，口才及表达能力强、形象气质佳，有较强的沟通和应变能力。
3. Have experience in brand channels and customer maintenance, and be responsible for drafting plans of customer attraction, conversion, and splitting . Conduct independent health insurance product training.

4. High-end medical insurance industry background preferred.
