Exepense Accountant费用会计
工作地点：福建厦门/漳州

岗位职责：
1.Be responsible for the improvement and refinement of the company's reimbursement system.
负责公司报销制度的完善和改进
2.Be responsible for reviewing and posting the company's reimbursement expenses to ensure that they are in compliance with relevant tax laws, legal regulations as well as the company's procedures and process.
负责公司报销费用的审核、入账，以确保其符合相关税法、法律规定以及公司制度和流程
3.In accordance with the company's regulations and relevant procedures, within the scope of the budget, strictly control the cost expenditure standards, review the company's employee expense category reimbursement, to ensure that all reimbursements are true and compliance.
按照公司规定和相关制度，在预算范围内，严格掌握费用开支标准，审核公司员工费用类报销，确保所有报销费用真实、合规；
4.Familiar with the financial accounting process and tax procedure, posting audited expense documents and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of bookkeeping.
熟悉财务核算流程和税收制度，将审核后的费用单据入账，并保证记账的准确性和及时性；
5.Prepare the employee expense summary report at the end of the month, compare and analyze it with the budget, provide an early warning of monthly employee expenses, and alert departments to expenses that exceed the warning for the month.
月末编制员工费用汇总表，与预算进行对比分析，对每月的员工报销费用进行预警，对超出当月预警的费用，提醒各部门进行关注；
6.Improve the expense reimbursement procedure, improve the expense reimbursement process, and conduct regular expense reimbursement training for the company's employees to implement the standardization and compliance of expense reimbursement.
完善费用报销制度，改进费用报销流程，并对公司员工定期开展费用报销培训，贯彻落实费用报销的规范化和合规性；
7.Assist in the on-line and optimization of the expense module in the ERP system, collect and collate system problems on a regular basis, and propose solutions to optimize system processes;
Responsible for the organization and maintenance of expense type documents, invoices and other expense documents in a complete and confidential manner.
负责费用类单据、发票及其他费用文件的整理及保管，做到资料齐全，保密；
协助ERP系统中费用模块的上线及优化工作，定期收集整理系统问题，提出优化系统流程的方案；

任职要求：
1.Full-time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in financial accounting, financial management and other related majors
全日制本科及以上学历，财务会计、财务管理等相关专业
2.Minimum 1+ years’ experience in expense accounting or general ledger accounting, with experience investment project in manufacturing entity. Chemical experience would be a plus.
1年以上相关费用会计或总账核算的工作经验。化工行业的经验优先。
3.Very good Excel skills. Experience in operating financial systems such as UFIDA and OA.
熟练使用Excel，有用友及OA等财务系统的操作经验；
Ability to read and write English for work.
有英文的读写工作能力；
Good Microsoft office software skills. 良好的微软办公软件技巧。
4.Serious and meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, good professional ethics and strong sense of compliance.
工作认真细心，责任心强，学习能力强有良好的职业道德操守和强烈的合规意识；
