Main Responsibilities 主要职责

1、Promote Lean culture by organizing cross function teams to do Kaizen and Lean activities.

2、Introduce and train Lean tools to coordinate project implementation, Such as A3, 7wastes, 5S, VSM, TPM, CIP, standardization, Visualization etc.

3、Support daily production operation to reach Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People targets.

4、Monitor the implementation of Lean Production actions and results obtained.

5、Lead and coordinate projects improvement according to project plans.

6、Support to conduct specific workshops in some VSM lines to increase VSM competency.

7、Identify, develop, and optimize synthesis processes that can make consistent quality products at the low cost while minimizing process waste.

8、Formulate and control process parameters to eliminate process disturbances to optimize and maintain existing production process.

9、Lead and participate continuous improvement activities to realize company SQDC goals.

10、Focused on results but knows to use team skills & knowledge to design and implement solutions.

11、Be a good team player.

Requirements 岗位要求

Hard qualification

1、Bachelor’s degree, major in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical and other related

2、 More than 5 years Lean/IE practicing experience, especially in injection molding field.

3、Rich experience in project management, skilled use Project and Visio software is preferred.

4、Solid in hand, high sense of responsibility and self-motivated

5、Ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet completion deadlines.

6、Good written and oral English skills

7、Able to work under pressure.
Competence/skills

1、Good at MS office software, such as Excel, world, PPT; Power BI and Auto-CAD is preferred.

2、Effective communications skills

3、The background of green belt or black belt certification is preferred.
