Responsibilities:

-Lead regular direct communication with customers/Mkt/Sales to understand demand status, develop supply planning toward all suppliers according to demand forecast and ensure supply on time

-Monitor customer project funnel list status together with sales/Mkt and make sure on time delivery for customer projects

-Support allocation in times of bottleneck with Sales/Mkt -Manage suppliers, feedback Supply Plan to customer/Sales/Marketing

-Inventory structure optimization. Define and implement optimal inventory strategy.

-Be the Supply Chain planning interface to Project team (PIT) and suppliers (external/internal) in new product introduction (NPI) to meet target schedule &volume, thus help to expedite time to market of new product. Join in PIT & Q-gate meetings.

-Responsible for phase in/out plan in EOL and coordinate with Sales and Mkt.

-Manage supply planning and communicate with suppliers about forecast commitment, capacity, order commit, delivery

- Supplier performance tracking and improvement

-Transfer from demand planning to supply planning considering all factors

- Basic knowledge of transportation

-Drive Sustainability of supply chain
Requirements：

- More than 5+ years of supply chain working experience (i.e. Demand supply planning, Inventory management, Reporting, Risk Management)

- SAP knowledge of MRP logic & planning module

- Good understanding of business operations

- Excellent systematical/logical Analytical Skills

- Good interpersonal & communication skills, good teamwork spirit

- Good Spoken & Written English

- Familiar with MS office tools, especially Excel for business data
