Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain successful relationship with customers. Get new business and ensure customers’ needs are met through regular visits, feedback and follow-up.

• Understand customer needs - Identify, assess and prioritize opportunities to develop actionable sales plan.

• Understand customer’s current & future products demands and developments.

• Organize/Lead internal resources to resolve customer issues effectively.

• Provide demand forecast and coordinate with supply chain team to fulfill customer orders and manage account receivables according to business guidance.

• Collect/synthesize customer and market and intelligence information. Establish effective internal communication.

Key Job Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree or above, prefer majoring in Chemistry/Material Science/ Business

• 5+ years’ Sales or technical experience in auto coating industry or related industry

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills

• Ability to interact and build effective relationships with customers

• Excellent personality and strong communication/interpersonal skill

• Problem solving and analytical skills

• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English

• Willing to travel frequently
