岗位职责：
1、根据公司年度发展战略，组织制定生产规划并管理实施；
2、负责分管部门的预算管理，确保成本、物料、维修等各项费用控制在年度计划之内；
3、负责运用系统的方法，提出优化生产工艺流程方案，组织进行精益生产并完成各项改善任务，提高生产效率；
4、主持生产计划调度会，随时掌握生产进度及状态，协调各部门关系，保证公司的统一性；
5、不断提高员工的安全意识、设备管理水平及生产的技术水平，确保公司安全生产；
6、负责公司生产管理人员队伍建设；选拔、配备、考核，对生产系统人员进行积极有效的激励、监督和专业指导，提高整体业务水平和营造积极的工作氛围。
7、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、具备10年以上生产制造业管理经验，生产总监或生产副总岗位至少3年以上；
3、熟悉机械设备行业生产制造规程及质量标准；
4、熟悉机加生产工艺流程及管理规范；
5、擅长产能提升、成本控制、熟悉5S现场管理；
6、接受过安全生产、环保治理、设备管理、财务及运营管理等方面的相关培训。
