工作内容
工作职责：
1.负责人力业务领域各应用系统相关的技术研发管理工作；
2.负责人力平台的架构分析、设计及核心研发，带领技术团队完成后端的开发工作；
3.负责人力技术团队的日常管理，负责招聘和培养初级开发工程师；
4.负责核心框架模块开发和关键技术攻关，提供技术指导。

任职要求：
1.本科或以上学历，从事研发工作7年以上。能够带领团队进行技术攻坚，至少3年以上带领团队经验，具有较强的领导能力；
2.精通互联网技术系统的架构设计、系统分析、性能优化及系统安全；精通常用的设计模式；
3.精通JavaEE架构技术，熟练掌握常见开源框架和技术，如Spring、MyBatis、Nginx、Tomcat等；
4.精通MySQL、Oracle的其中一种或多种关系型数据库的应用，并具备数据库应用系统设计能力；
5.精通常用的中间件，如RabbitMQ、Kafka，理解其原理和工作模式；
6.熟练掌握微服务项目开发，熟练掌握Docker、Kubernetes的基本使用；
7.对新技术敏感，善于学习新事物，善于沟通和表达，有良好的团队合作意识，有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力；
8.有人力系统的研发经验优先考虑。
