1. 工作内容描述 / Job Description
1) 日常合同审核和咨询：审核公司与交易相关方的合同，向业务同事解答法律问题
Daily Contract Review and Legal Advice: Reviewing contracts between YLCN
and other parties, providing legal advice to business colleagues.
2) 保险理赔案件处理：处理货损理赔案件
Claim cases handling: Handling cargo claims
3) 协助完成法务经理安排的其他工作，例如协助处理公司诉讼案件，协助建立和执行公司法务相关制度
Assisting Legal Manager in other task, such as litigation matters, and YLCN’s
legal project matters.
2. 岗位要求 / Job Requirements:
1) 研究生学历；本科和研究生专业均为法学。
LLM / Post-graduate degree. Both majors for LLB and LLM are law.
2) 本科院校或者研究生院校其一满足下列要求：211大学/985大学，或者政法类大学（例如华东政法大学），或者海事类大学（例如上海海事大学）。
The universities granting the LLB or LLM to the candidate should meet one
of the following requirements: 211/985 universities, or legal universities (such
as East China University of Political Science and Law), or maritime
universities (such as Shanghai Maritime University)
3) 应届毕业生；或者2年左右法律相关工作经验
Fresh graduates; or having legal related work experience of around 2 years
4) 愿意参与团队合作
Willing to be a teamwork player
5) 愿意主动学习和总结
Willing to learn and conduct self-examination proactively
6） CET-6，英语听说读写流利
CET-6, Fluent English in reading, writing and communication
7）熟悉办公软件
Familiar with MS office

Yusen Logistics is working to become the world's preferred supply chain logistics company, entering into China market in 2000, having 1200+ employees and operating the business in 26 cities.
Our company is divided into five main functions, which are business development, ocean freight forwarding, air freight forwarding, contract logistics and original cargo & vendor management, offering thorough supply-chain management services that include warehouse storage; processing, such as inspection, sorting, labeling, and repackaging; delivery to designated recipients; milk-runs; VMI (vender managed inventory); and IT-based inventory management.
