Regional Hub Asia locates in Shanghai, providing finance and HR services to Ingka Asia countries, some finance services cover the region of North America and Europe. We deliver, expand and improve our services to ensure operational target realization and Service Level Agreement (SLA) fulfilment with a continuous improvement mindset.
Assignment
• Print out taxslip in different local tax bureau and support tax related activities
• Support payment signature process and ensure payment documents are delivered to bank on time
• Support China HR admin. Service, including preparing documents and contacting new-comer for the on-board service.
• Maintain employee master data in GV and perform 4 eye check process
• Documents preparation and filing
• Additional tasks assigned by team leader
Requirements
Good written and read English
Bachelor 's degree
Major in Human resource is preferred
