Purpose：

Design and develop customer products and solutions which conform to safety, reliability, performance and cost goals you will design and develop complex miniaturized liquid handling products, to create best in class components for the diagnostic/ Life Science market.
You will be working with project teams to convert requirement into technical concepts considering different technologies with the best cost/performance ratio.
You will interact with other ME, EE and SW engineers in a fast-paced R&D environment.

Key Accountabilities：

With limited supervision to work on relatively complex project independently to deliver qualified results:
Develop concepts
Apply mechanical engineering principles to design products/components and create drawings
 Verify the design by calculations and simulations.
 Solve technical problems
Coach, review work to lower level professionals
Collaborate with other functions or providing supports
Other tasks assigned
Review/analyze whether current products and processes comply with industry standards such as ISO 13485, and corporate regulations and standards
Perform detailed project planning and documentation of each product development phase
Participate in design reviews that include ME, EE and SW engineers and ensure high quality design reviews with excellent documentation
Build and test prototype designs for proof of concept
Demonstrated strong documentation and organization skills

Professional Knowledge and Experiences：

 ≥5   years of relevant business experience
·        Engineering principles including pneumatic, statics, dynamics and fluid mechanics
·        Designing for manufacturing process including die-casting, machining, stamping and injection molding
·        Mechanical design calculations like: bolts, seals, spring, flow rate…
·        2D drafting and 3D CAD modeling with CREO CAD software or similar tools
·        Good at verbal and written English
·        Problem solving, time management Severalyears of professional experience in Life Science environment, with proven track record of launching complex automation projects involving multinational/multicultural R&D teams
·        Extensive knowledge of key tools used for analysis, testing and development for liquid handling systems
·        Pro/E and windchill experience
·        Knowledge of process development activities such as qualification, validation, design of experiments, FMEA and design for manufacturing
·        Extensive knowledge of Technology concepts, technical standards and methodologies in the life science sector  
General office and PC skills
·        Basic SAP knowledge
·        Experience working in a regulated environment (ISO/ FDA).
