What a typical day looks like:
• Lead a team of Engineers and Technicians on test project management, provide coaching and guidance for a learning organization.
• Interface with various functions within the organization or customers to review product testing results, issues and potential design and performance problems.
• Set Functional department KOI, track the performance and formulate initiatives on improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate and implement new test strategy, test technology, test platform, etc., for new project or existing customer new request. And customer test assets transfer between factories.
• Establish robust processes on test capacity planning, equipment PM/Cal and management.
• Identify and build the capability to meet future product and test technology requirement.
• Actively lead & participate in various Kaizen activities to transform manufacturing operations.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
• Minimum 10 years of experiences in EMS Test Engineering related field.
• Have experience in automotive industry is preferred.
• With at least 2 years in management role.
• Excellent project management and people management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving & interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both English writing and oral skill.
