Job Description
Position Summary

Mainly focused on Application Engineering services to the Greater China market, which should include (but not limit to) application analysis/ trial assembly/ technical inquiries/ application testing/ assembly solution validation/ and other technical consultancy.

On-site handling of application-specific tasks with teams together.

Self-motivated to fulfill assigned goals.

Frequent travel would be required.

Essential Functions
Be responsible for application engineering services, e.g. requirement analysis, sizing, trial assembly
Clarification of technical inquiries from customers
Generate the test report as per request.
Customer support via on-call/ on-email/ on-site services
Provide technical support for sales department.
Provide training / suggestion / positive feedback to team member.
Perform other job-related duties assigned by supervisor
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

In-depth knowledge of Mechanical Engineering
Be good at testing report generation.
Better-to-have knowledge of:
Automotive Engineering
Electro-mechanical Engineering
mechanical tool driven by Electric / Battery / Pneumatic / Hydraulic power
Be familiar with computer operation and MS Office software.
Field experience of handling customer inquiries
Being customer oriented, with mentality of customer service, and are always ready to roll up sleeves to act.
Ownership of responsibilities, good communication skills, details-oriented mentality, teamwork & positive mindset
Qualifications
Education / Experience

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanics, Passed CET-4 or above.
Native Chinese; Fluent English, both written and spoken. Other Asian languages would be a plus.
Engineering background from related industries, e.g. automotive, tools, etc.
Experience from product development process will be a plus.
