Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities：
• Develop demand planning China project plans by validating centrally developed plans and tailoring to the China market.
• Facilitate with core planning team, Tech team, Solution Tower and local business, facilitate demand planning system deployment at China market.
• Oversee implementation of local deployment activities, working with local teams to drive local project execution as required.
• Communicate market-specific activities up the line to core team regularly and proactively, escalating issues requiring core team input as needed.

Typical Activities：
• Draft local deployment plan with input from global/local planning team
• Participate in local review sessions to inform local planning team on local plan and resources.
• Participate in global review sessions to inform global planning leads on local resources and plan.
• Work closely with 2-in a box Site Tech Business Partner and Business Application Owners (Where applicable) as a single body on deployment plans.
• Engagement required with multiple stakeholders, including local planning team, global planning team, local tech, core tech, local business teams and system supplier etc. to collaborate with them together to achieve successful demand planning system deployment.
• To work with the key China market business stakeholders to ensure the successful and on-time go live and smooth BAU transition.
• Support on communications from global into the China market and tailoring to local specifics.
Resource Profile：
• Applications and Network technical skills and capabilities especially in leading technical and business testing.
• Experience in technical implementation activities and ensure following Go/No Go protocol
• Qualified project management skill especially experienced in multi-projects management with cross region, cross-function teams’ collaboration.
• Deep understanding in Agile ways of working with adapt and quickly respond to change to make decision or proposal to adjust project plan or solution according to change.
• Support business users for new demand planning systems to modify their processes and/or ways of working to derive the planned benefits from the system.
• Technical knowledge orientated with deep technical process knowledge of demand planning systems, i.e., SAP, O9 solution, Kinaxis, BlueYonder etc.
• Ensure process compliance with Consumer Healthcare compliance & legal requirement i.e. Quality, Risk & Compliance according to TSR/CSL process
• Supervise suppliers on documentation completeness according to GSK CH standard and complete knowledge transfer and handover before BAU transition.
