作为和OE客户的技术沟通的窗口，负责OE项目管理，按照客户技术目标、节点要求完成技术认可的工作Working as the technical contact window with OE

customer, responsible for OE project management, achievement of technical homologation based upon the technical target & vehicle milestones’

requirements from customer.

主要职责和活动Key Accountabilities 2

1.作为原厂配套客户与公司研发部门间的技术沟通桥梁Act as technical liaison between OE customers and R&D development team

2.建立项目开发时间计划，根据项目最新状态持续跟踪项目节点Establish project development timing plan and continuously track milestones based on the

latest projects status

3.在项目商务阶段，有效地支持OE销售的相关活动，比如：报价包分析，NetINB系统插入，启动会议Support OE Sales’ activities operatively during commercial

phase, such as: RFQ analysis, NetINB inserting, and kick-off meeting

4.及时获取并向内部传递最新的OE客户、项目的相关信息，如：车型、参考轮胎、测试方法、测试结果、技术要求等Get/ distribute the latest information

internally about OE customers/projects about vehicles models/reference tire/test method/testing results/technical requirements from the OE customers per

specification (Engineering requirement book/drawing/target letters)

5.在完成技术认可后，支持OE质量/物流管理相关工业化活动，如：节拍生产、ISIR、2TP审核，PV试验，PSW签署等工作After technical approval, support

OE quality/logistic to manage the industrialization activities, such as: Run@Rate production/ISIR/2TP/PV testing/PSW sign-off

其他任职要求Other Requirements：

1.本科及以上学历 (经验丰富者可放宽) Degree: University or above ( could be flexible if rich experience). 2.流利的英语口语和书写能力Fluent in oral and written English 3.拥有相关轮胎开发知识和经验证优先，3年左右的轮胎开发、测试或者生产经验Preferred candidates with tire development knowledge, 3 years experiences in tire development testing or manufacturing 4.积极向上的心态 Proactive & positive attitude 5.能在承受压力下工作 Work under pressure 6.适应频繁的出差 Frequent business trip
