工作内容
* 战略规划与制定: 需要根据科技集团的整体战略，进行市场战略的规划与制定。包括对公司的市场定位、目标市场和竞争对手进行深入分析，从而制定出符合公司战略的市场战略和目标。
* 品牌建设与管理: 在品牌建设和维护方面需要负责品牌定位、品牌策略的制定，以及监督品牌形象的宣传和推广，包括广告、公关活动等。需要监测市场反馈，及时调整品牌策略，确保公司品牌的 独特性和竞争力。
* 营销策略与执行: 负责制定并执行有效的营销策略和行动计划，确保公司的产品或服务能够满足市场需求，并提升市场占有率。这包括线上线下的营销活动策划、执行与监控，确保各项营销活动的顺利进行和达到预期效果。
* 营销效果评估与优化: 监督市场营销活动的执行效果，通过数据分析和反馈机制，及时调整营销策略，优化营销效果，使市场营销效率提升。
* 市场调研与分析: 进行定期的市场调研和分析，了解行业动态、竞争对手情况和客户市场需求，为公司的决策提供有力的市场数据支持。
* 团队建设与管理: 需要负责营销团队的组建、培训和管理，确保团队的高 效运作和目标的实现。包括搭建营销核心人才的团队基建工作，以及营销或销售人才的培训管理，骨干人员的培养。
